1.Get close and smell you
After you fall asleep, cats will secretly approach you and smell it. This is a sign of curiosity and concern for you. Cats want to confirm if you are still breathing and if you will suddenly die.
2.Quiet play
Some cats are really sensible. Having slept enough during the day, many cats exhibit parkour behavior at night. But when the owner wants to sleep, it will find a corner to play on its own, not disturbing the owner, and will also play quietly without making any sound, quietly entertaining itself
3.Stay by your side
Cats have a high level of vigilance, and when they sleep, they choose to stay in an environment they consider relatively quiet and safe to prevent attacks. So when the owner is sleeping, the cat stays by their side, wanting to protect you and fearing that you will be in danger.
4.Call you up to play
Some cats are very difficult to beat, they don’t sleep at night, but they also don’t let their owners sleep. They will jump onto their owners’ beds, wake them up, and ask them to play with them. Sometimes I will get up and feed them a snack.
5.Staring at you
When you fall asleep, the cat will always be by your bed, staring at you, proving that the cat loves you. Because cats stare at you, it means they have you in their hearts and eyes. No matter how much they look, they can’t see enough. Cats are usually clingy.
6.Inspect the surrounding environment
Cats are naturally highly alert and have a very good sense of prevention. After the owner falls asleep, they will walk around the house, especially around the owner’s room. They are not bored or just for fun, but are patrolling to see if there are any abnormalities. Cats are helping the owner keep an eye on the house and also patrolling their own territory.
